| We are located behind the Bell Public House, Station Road, Sandy Bedfordshire with sessions running from 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays for all levels and 6.30pm for Fighters. |

Cost is £5 per session
Gym membership with insurance is £25 with the United Kingdom Muay Thai Federation (UKMF). |
